Blueberry: a Forest Classic

Blueberry: a Forest Classic
The mild-mannered member of the northern berry family — sweet, round, generous.

Blueberries belong to the same family as the wild bilberries that carpet Baltic forests, and they carry the same quiet prestige in northern food culture. In Latvia they are grown to high quality standards in a clean, natural environment — close cousins of the forest berry, cultivated with care so that every harvest keeps its full aroma.
What's inside
The blueberry's deep violet-blue colour comes from anthocyanins, one of the most studied groups of plant polyphenols. The berries also naturally provide vitamin C and manganese, and their gentle balance of fruit acids and natural sugars makes them one of the most approachable berries of all.
How it tastes
Round and generous. Blueberry is sweet, softly tart, with a warm aroma that recalls late-summer forest walks. Our syrup keeps exactly that character — a rich berry flavour with a light, refreshing edge.
